Partnership pairs Tynergy’s sodium-ion energy storage with River Tech-led U.S. manufacturing and Sycomp’s integration and delivery to produce commercial and data-center-grade storage — and to deploy shielded, containerized compute with blended, resilient power for hyperscale GPU deployments
July 4, 2026 — Tynergy LLC (“Tynergy”), a developer of sodium-ion battery energy storage systems (BESS) for grid, commercial, and industrial applications, and Sycomp (“Sycomp”), a global IT and logistics systems integrator serving high-performance computing and enterprise customers — powered by River Tech Solutions (“River Tech”), the sovereign AI, energy, and infrastructure-and-software integration principal behind the offering — today announced a strategic manufacturing and deployment partnership. The agreement will enable U.S. production of Tynergy’s sodium-ion BESS product line under River Tech’s manufacturing and integration direction at Sycomp’s integration centers, and will jointly bring to market containerized, Faraday-shielded data center modules designed to meet accelerating GPU deployment demand from AI hyperscalers. In the partnership, Tynergy provides the sodium-ion cell technology; River Tech serves as manufacturing, integration, and deployment principal on its EnergyOS platform; and Sycomp provides U.S. integration, logistics, and program management as the customer-facing delivery partner.
The partnership targets two storage tiers — commercial and data-center-grade — both built on Tynergy’s sodium-ion cell chemistry. Its long cycle life, high 3C–5C throughput, full depth of discharge, and high round-trip efficiency suit continuous, high-duty compute and industrial loads.
River Tech-Directed Manufacturing at Scale in Sycomp’s U.S. Integration Centers
Under the agreement, Tynergy’s sodium-ion BESS units will be produced under River Tech’s manufacturing and integration direction at Sycomp’s existing U.S. integration centers — using Sycomp’s engineering staff, logistics network, and facilities rather than net-new buildout. Initial production covers two configurations:
Faraday-Shielded Containerized Data Centers for Hyperscale AI Deployment
Alongside the storage line, the partners will jointly produce containerized data center modules with two layers of electromagnetic protection — a container-level Faraday cage and RF-shielded compute racks within — for AI hyperscalers and customers seeking secure, rapid-deploy GPU capacity. Designed to sit near existing traditional power or pair directly with on-site renewable energy generation, the format increases existing capacity and shortens the interconnection and buildout runway versus conventional new facilities.
